Absolutely fantastic food, recommend the apple pie and lemon curd square. Reminds me of foods from when I was little. Staff are a little brusque, but who the hell cares as long as they are producing b g food like that. Wish I could have tried the custard pies but sold out. Will definitely be back.
Arguably the best bakery in Leeds, the Savoury slices are superb, bread is great. Sandwiches a touch on the dear side but are packed with good produce. Hot sandwiches are always freshly made to order too. Never had a bad product from here and the staff are all friendly and chatty.

Been going here for over 20 years. A proper little old-school bakery where everything is home cooked. But be warned..... your waistline wont appreciate you going in as everything always looks so tempting. The savory slices with bacon, cheese, and onion, all wrapped in a thin layer of bread, are the best!!!

Went here for the first time the other day, bought two large sandwiches. Ham salad and tuna salad, it was packed with fillings and salad. Also ordered a flapjack and caramel slice. Reasonably priced and lots of bakery goods like fresh bread to purchase. Very impressed would definitely order again.

The best bakery around!!! Been going for years. I used to go collected my grandads orders each week. Everyone is super friendly and always welcoming. I’ve never had a bad order from them. 💯 recommend!!!

When I go into the shop I want to eat everything on offer, the food looks that good, and the (cornish) pasties are a good example, packed full of meat and veg. Always a queue of workmen waiting to be served, around lunchtime.
